AFIII Flanger Block - Tips & Tricks

I'm loving the new flanger block and thought it would be a good time to go over a few different ways to use the various flangers we have at our disposal. Thanks to @Admin M@ for his guidance with the "to zero" flanger and the choralflange.

Thanks for this Leon @2112! The flanger block, for some reason, is confusing to me. I had no issues with the pedals at all, but in the Axe III I think it is because there are so many tunable parameters available to use. I need to just "let my ears do the thinking".

@deakle just scrolling through the effects types and tweaking rate/depth/feedback.manual is the best approach IMO. Having said that, the FAS Flanger at stock settings is my new fave at the moment!

His whole tone is that pedal set a certain way. Gives a half cocked wash tone. Mark day has a video on it.
