First timer! All my user IR's have a red slash through their icons.

Hello There!

I am trying to learn how to load IR's on to my Axe FX ultra but I'm having some trouble.
I have The axe FX hooked up to my computer with midi in/out and communicating with Axe Edit just fine.

When I go to the user cab folder in Axe-Manage all the Icons have a red slash through them.
It won't let me audition them, or transfer them over to the User Cab bank, which also is all slashed out. I've tried using Albert's IR program to shoot them directly to an empty slot, but the program crashes when I try to do so.

Any advice? I've searched around a bit and cant seem to find the issue.

are those IR's for the Axe II? Axe II IR's are not directly compatible with the Ultra

Thanks! Sorry for being a noob. I could have sworn I downloaded Axe Ultra patches and not Axe II, I even tried converting my own .wav IR to syx file with Alberts and I could have sworn I checked the Axe Ultra format box. But I tried the Axe-O-Matic conversion and it seems to have worked. Derp. Thanks so much!
