I know I can get previous versions of AxeFX firmware HERE.

Is there a list of release dates for all these versions somewhere?

I don't believe there is. But the firmware files contain PDF release notes and if check the properties they have a modification date (for example, for the 10.00 firmware it is 4/5/2013). So you could use that to make a best-effort chart of everything 10.00 and forward. Have at it!

As suggested above, the modified date of each .syx file should reflect when it was created. You could download each firmware, extract all to one folder then sort by modified date to screenshot a list.

Try this forum search for Cliffs announcement threads. Creation date for each thread should be the same as the release date for that version:
