Closed Feedback return level defaults to 0%

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but in Axe-FX II the default feedback return was 100% (as it should be) - on the FM3 it defaults to 0%

This is normal and a good idea as it prevents accidental feedback. Always turn it up slowly.

Actually FB Return default mix is 0% on the Axe-FX II. You also had to turn up the FB Send send level, unlike Axe III & FM3 where the send block has no parameters.
