FC12 Capabilities

Hi guys,

I'm interested in getting hold of an FC12 to control my Axe 3 when I'm playing live etc, but wanted to check first: is it possible to use the FC12 to control switching input/output blocks on and off? I have 2 pedals in separate output loops that I want to be able to switch on and off, but looking at the materials I know of for the FCs, don't know if this is an option or not.

Can this be done? If so, how would it be doable in Axe-Edit etc?

Yes, at least 2 ways, scenes and control switches. Maybe more. It's very versatile.

Hi JDR. You can do this in several ways with the FC.

1. You can use any onboard FC switch in any layout to individually control any switchable block, including any input or output block. These work just like any other effect "Instant Access Switch". My screen capture shows how (in Axe-Edit)

2. You can use a PRESET or a SCENE to turn any block on or off. The FC can change presets or scenes remotely.

3. You can use an FC Control Switch or FC External Switch assigned via a modifier to the BYPASS button of the effect.

Yes. The input and output blocks can be bypassed or enabled from the FC12 in scenes.

Yes. Got can choose Scene Increment or Decrement, with or without wrap.
