Those guys are located in Beijing, mainland China. I was thinking Uni-sound in Hong Kong (as Hong Kong doesnt have VAT or import duties, its much more cost effective). But all academic now, I got one FC-6 through other channels.

Guitar Cube is the supplier for Uni-Sound.

Guitar Cube would have to pay full import duties and VAT from USA shipments to them. And on a finished product I don't think they can reclaim those duties (as you could with parts, raw material etc) when re-selling it over to HK, which is China in some respects, but in others (tax, financial etc) not same. Unless they keep units and stuff for HK (or other regions in ASIA) in bonded warehouse.
Or they might have taken the customs officer to a karaoke bar ;) :D
