Fixed FC: Second press of "MLM" changes to View 2, and sticks there

Experienced this with a stand-in switch, and could recreate this in the Master Layout by assigning MLM to some FC (as expected):
First press to MLM in a preset gets me to MLM View 1, second press in MLM gets me to MLM View 2, and sticks there. I would have expected to go back to the previous layout and view.
