Faux capo - just 1 fret?

I played with the Pitch block without success. What is the right way to do this? I know it won't sound right, but maybe now and then in a busy mix I could get away with it.

If Cliff could come up with a "Morpheus" function, that would be way cool. It's not like he doesn't have better things to do!

I put a pitch block first and detune it down 1 step, works in a pinch for me for a few songs my singer needs help. Never tried to uptune. any more than that it gets mushy. Sure beats bringing an Eb guitar along for just a few songs.

There is also a formant knob or something or another (not at my AX now) adjust that in the pitch block to get less artifacts.
