Frank was brilliant, a great writer and phenomenal musician and a jaw dropping guitar player.

Add in an over the top wry sarcastic and dirty sense of humor... iconic and very much in my wheel house!!

I read FZ's autobiography at least once a year for 'perspective' and love his insights and rants on the music business...I even have the Apostrophe/Overnight Sensation CD in my car right now and recently picked up the new live Roxy DVD of the early 70's shows at that venue, finally released after 40 or so years since they were now able to fix the audio/video syncing issues due to recording equipment problems from back then...great DVD..."I ate a hot-dog, it taste real good (yum, yum, yummy yummy yum) then I watched a movie from Hollywood (dumb, dumb, dummy dummy dumb)"

It's a worldwide thing with globalisation now. The Chinese term for pop stars translates to "young fresh meat" in English, so at least they're honest about it. LOL
