Fan issue

Hi. Recently a fan in my Ultra broke. I found its specifications in Amazon:

• Name: Top Motor
• Model: DF126015BL Bearing Type: 2 Ball
• Dimensions: 60mm x 60mm x 15mm
• Voltage: 12v .20A
• Speed: 3000 rpm Airflow: 16.5 CFM
• Connector: 3 Pin Tach (12" Wire length)
• Noise level: 24.5 dBa

I bought a new one with the following specifications:

• Dimensions: 60mm x 60mm x 15mm
• Voltage: 12v .11A
• Speed: 2000 rpm Airflow: 10 CFM
• Connector: 3 Pin Tach (12" Wire length)
• Noise level: 17.9 dBa

This new fan supposed to be quieter, but it is noisy as hell. Also its efficiency worries me, because I am not sure if my Ultra may break because of too much heat.
Could you recommend some model, that would be perfect match in terms of noise level and cooling abilities? The production of the original fan is discontinued.
