Fairfield Circuitry Shallow Water emulation?

Has anyone tried to replicate this pedal? I'm trying with a Mono Tape Delay with feedback set to 1%. I have the Mod 1 rate controlled by LFO1 and the Mod 1 type set to square. LFO1 type is set to random. However I'm not even sure if this is the right approach. I'm also struggling with the min and max levels for the Mod 1 rate, as well as the rate of LFO1. And then there's the low pass gate which I thought would be simply enough but I can't replicate at all. For anyone interested here's a fairly in depth demo -

For the LPG I would think Filter with type Low Pass. Assign the Envelope controller to maybe Frequency and Mix?

Stick that before or after a modulation such as Chorus (or your modulated delay).

That's where I would start.
