I always use OUT 1 for headphones/IEM's. The physical knob OUT 1 is around 25%-30%.
For hearing protection I set the OUT 1 level globally, so that even with the physical knob maxed out it would be safe.
I can do this in Setup > Out 1 EQ, however -12db is the lowest value.
It would be nice if the range of Level in Out 1 EQ would be extended to at least -40db.
