Extend external switches

Is there anyway to extend the number of external switches? Room for 4 on the MFC-101 but need two more.

That doesn't sound like what he's looking for.

Are you using all 4 expression pedal ports? It's possible to connect switches to those. The only option beyond that would be connecting an additional MIDI controller to the Axe-FX.

You could add a voes midi controller

There's the pedal inputs on the Axe II back panel as well (one on Mk 1 and Mk 2, two on XL and XL+).

Ok I could use both the 4 on the MFC and the one on the Axe? Super. Thought that the one on the Axe is overwritten by the 4 on the MFC..

But how do I set the external sw on the backside up? Cannot chose it in modifier list.. Have to map something here?

You have to set an Ext Ctrl to "pedal" in I/O: CTRL menu, then choose that Ext Ctrl as modifier source.
