Not a Bug Expression Pedal set out1 level to zero

Hi, I have an issue with the out1 level of my Axe-Fx II XL. I tried to connect a BOSS FV-500H to Pedal 1 to use it as an expression pedal. But as soon as I selected "Pedal 1" in Out1 Volume in the I/O > CTRL menu, my output level 1 dropped to zero.
I assume that the BOSS FV-500H is not appropriate to use it as an expression pedal.
I see Input and Output signal, SPDIF is working well too but when I go to Utility > Status, my level on L1 and R1 are zero. How can I resset my out 1 level ?

Correct. It’s not an expression pedal. You’ll need a Y-cable that combines two TR connections (in input and output on the FV) on to a single TRS connection.
