Yeah! First recording with my A-Fx II.

I'm in the middle of recreating my Ultra patches and one of those was a modded "Eggie" Rebel 20 with Vibe in front.

Now the II doesn't have a Rebel, so I went with the Blues Jr. (with no negative feedback) and cranked it :)

Together with the Vibe, I love how it sounds as it's gonna explode and craps out when digging into the low e string.

And sorry for the noise, I guess cranked amp, single coil pu and sitting in front of the computer don't go together well ;)

Yes, the noise... I warned you about! :lol
OTOH, it would not sound authentic, an exploding amp but dead silent background.
 
No Rebel yet? :| Hadn't noticed that.
It has its own color I like and it's not another hi-gainer, so I'll miss it (if I have time to ;) )
 
As I mentioned, Cliff said the Eggie Rebel is just a Blues Jr. with no negative feedback (=damping set to 0).
I really enjoyed that sim on the Ultra, but I think it can be replicated with said Blues Jr.
Tweaking the power tube bias and sag is fun on this sim :)
