Excellent Experience with Support and Service!

For the first time since I purchased my Ultra and my Axe II I had to interact with the Fractal customer support and service team.

I was having something squirrelly going on with my Output 1 feeds and couldn't fix the issue myself. I contacted support through the proper channels (not on the forum) and sent my Axe II in for repair and had it back in less than two weeks. Everything was fixed (and they even threw in a new fan) at a minimal cost and with excellent communication through the entire process.

Providing good customer service after the sale on an item out of warranty is not always easy, but Fractal stands behind its product.

Thank you for helping me get back on stage in the shortest amount of time possible.
