EV-2 tension fixed

Picked up a second used EV-2 and it seems well used ..... as the tension screw does nothing. I looked at the guts and didn't see anything different from my other one.

Found the post to tighten the two set screws.

Take the bottom off and there are two small set screws on the pivot shaft.... I had a loose one and now my adjustment screw does what it is supposed to.
