Saw Eric Johnson play last night from about 5th row. He’s doing an Ah Via Musicom anniversary tour now. He was playing what I was thinking is a semi hollow signature strat. And several other guitars including an acoustic. There was Marshall, Fender, Hiwatt and what might have been a Dumble on stage. Saw a Deluxe Memory Man and tube screamer. Not sure about the other pedals. Great show for any EJ fan.

Yeah, his new signature guitar is a "thinline".

I saw him on this tour back in the summer in Sacramento.

How many gear malfunctions did he have?

It was a great show and he doesn't seem to let his gear issues bother him.
