Enter button sorta stuck in, has no click

The Enter button no longer has any 'click' in it. It feels permanently pushed in. It still works and so far it's not constantly contacting that I've noticed so far, so I guess that's a good thing. Don't know when it happened, since I use Axe-Edit most of the time.

Must've been the move. I never hit it and no one has ever laid hands on it since I got it out of its carton in December 2012.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Did I use up all the clicks? Did I not click enough? Use it or lose it? How many clicks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop?

The world may never know.
 
Update: Enter button does not like to be pressed along the bottom or top edge. It will get stuck. Repeatedly pressing the button squarely in the center un-sticks it.
 
Sounds like it got bumped. That will collapse the internal spring slightly which results in what you are describing.
 
Could be, not outside of the realm of possibility. I just can't recall it happening, which itself is disturbing.
