Sounds fairly awfull to me. But maybe try the bit crusher drive model combined with fuzz or so.

Sounds like a can of ass for most of that video!

OP - in the Drive block you can increasing Bit Reduction and reducing Sample Rate.

Oddly enough I posted a thread about that the other day with the Axe Fx III.

You might also try playing with the Synth block.
 
Funny, that's what they said about Bob Dylan.
Sonically, it's a mix of the back side of an elephant and the scream of a banshee. Perfect.
I can hear some phase in there, square wave(pure fuzz).

Songwriter: yes!
Singer: no!

Sorry... Don't mean to offend any fans, but I am not a fan of his singing at all... Although I would prefer it to most of that video :)

Of course, context is important. Some of those tones could be usable in the right context.
