Electric and acoustic thru AX8 for a gig?

I know there are many acoustic threads, but many deal with electrics with a piezo.

I do have a passive and also an active A\B box. Not sure if that's the best answer.
What is the best way to achieve this?
I do see where some folks just switch guitars and patches. I would like to avoid the plugging and unplugging. If not I'll use the a\b boxes I guess?
Thanks very much

An A/B box is one option. Or you can use Input2 for your piezo.

OK . I'll give input 2 a shot. I am also going to record electric thru the a\b box, both of them-one passive box, one active box(battery) and see if I can hear any change in the sound

Thanks

You'll need a good deal of gain for the acoustic signal. A Volume or Filter block will work. I think I used a high output level on a compressor block. Don't be afraid to crank it up...
