Effects folder etc?

Im still at work and havent installed 3.0 yet . Are the folders the same ? Most importantly the effects folder ,do I need to move it ?
Cant wait to get home !!
 
Any thoughts for somebody with an extensive 7.0 EFX block library? I understand blocks are not supported in 3.0. I assume old EFX blocks from 7.0/ previous versions of AE will never be supported?? Would it make sense to maybe do a screen capture in 7.0/ AE 1.0.3 of my blocks to recreate them (when supported) in AE 3.0? I'd hate to lose all the parameters of all my EFX blocks for good.

Or, maybe I'm wrong about old EFX blocks not working in FW 11/ AE3 eventually?
