Effects database?

Hi all,

I've done a few searches but haven't had anything come up.

Is there a database at all that has just effects blocks available for download? For example there's been some good flanger/tremolo blocks mentioned or different pitch effects that guys have tweaked.

Just thought it'd be good for those of us that are time-poor or not so great at tweaking like myself, if there was effect blocks available to download and to play around with.
