Dynamic Reverse Delay?

Is it possible to do a dynamic (ducking-type) reverse delay with the axefx 2's delay block? In other words, the reverse delay isn't heard until your playing pauses.

Thanks!

Set the amount of Attenuation in the Ducking parameters, adjust Threshold and Release to your preference.

Oh, wait... is it reverse delay type, with the ducker atten on the mod page turned on? What db level would be standard for a dynamic delay?

If you don't want to hear the delay while playing, then the lowest it will go.

Oh man. This got me thinking: a really cool thing would be a reverse delay with a dynamic sample length. So it'd start recording when your signal went above a certain threshold and then started playing back in reverse when it either (a) filled up it's buffer; or (b) your signal fell below a certain threshold.

Playback could have a feedback or could be "one shot". If you brought signal above threshold again during playback it'd stop playback, start recording again.

OMG.

I really want this mode now.

Is this an insane dream @FractalAudio and @Admin M@?
