DynaCabs in Axe vs Cab-Lab. How to match?

I have a few great blends of 2 DynaCabs in my Axe. I have tried to recreate these using cab lab with not so great results. What is the best way to match between the Axe and Cab-Lab as the mic controls use different measurements between the 2 systems? Unfortunately it is not as simple as matching settings between the two.

What I see is that CL has an extended range of adjustment for distance, and ability to move the mic angularly, but otherwise they are the same no? (measurement in cm, positions from 1-10cm). Seems like CL should be able to replicate on-board for a given speaker/mic position but not vise versa if CL extended range capability is used. Last time I was matching like that I did get CL to line up with on board but I had to be sure on-board features not in CL were disabled (ie mic pre, room, air, ..)

Cab lab uses centimeters as a measurement for moving the mic from center to edge on a 0-13.10 range. The cab block only shows "position" from cap/0 to edge/10. These 2 parameters are quite different between the 2. I have found it rather difficult to match.

Just noticing now the cabs are not all the same in CL. Above, I was looking at "Metro Blues" which matches in CL with 0-10CM (mustv been the one I was matching before). I didn't check them all, but ya, others are on a different scale from center to edge - strange, unless they shot all different IRs for CL which I would not have expected.

I’ve tried copying a Stealth Dynacab to the Cablab pack. Screenshot and all. Didn’t sound like my onboard cabs. Just tried this again a few days ago and just dialed it in like I normally would, not trying to copy settings. It sounded like the onboard cabs.
