duplicate the Nemesis Delay Sweeper effect

One of my favorite songs by The Strokes is "Chances" where there is this sweeping effect of chords in the background. You can see it done in the vid below around 1:40 mark. He is using a Nemesis Delay to emulate the keyboard part on the original recording. If anyone who has the creative genius to figure out how to accomplish this with the Axe Fx , I"d be eternally grateful. Here's the vid

There is a preset in the axe that does this, forget which number it is but you can definitely reproduce that sound
 
well it's not a delay that he's emulating, it's a filter. he's just using a filtered delay for some reason (maybe he doesn't know how to automate a filter in logic?). just put a filter block in your patch, select low pass and attach the frequency parameter to a modifier (either a pedal, so you can sweep it like a wah) or an lfo.
 
If you want some rough templates look up the presets sweep echo and sweep band delays and sweep band delays 2, they can help start you on the right path
