Only one thing better than a Whammy effect - two Whammy effects!
A little improv with my '91 Ibanez Universe, using two whammy effects in the Axe FX II XL, one affecting the guitar, the other effecting the signal coming from the Axe FX looper, both controlled by the same foot-pedal. Very fun to play with. I switch the first on about half way through and the other towards the end.
The guitar is now fitted with Bareknuckle pickups and has never sounded better. I'm using my new favorite patch on the Axe FX, one I call the 'JMP-2' it's a modded 'Brit Pre' amp model with a Bassman tonestack.
Apologies for breaking the rule of Jazz and not keeping a straight face when I hit that really outside note at one point
