Dual Amp/Cab with separate Out for recording

Hi guys, I have 4 distorted tones that I really like.
So I made 2 patches with a dual amp/cab in each one. I would like to do only a double tracking so...
How can I record this as separate tones, like Amp-Cab 1 to Out 1 and Amp-Cab 2 to out 2?
Do I have to use the FX LOOP in the chain?
And in the I/O section do I have to use STEREO out?

I could be wrong but you can try it like this. yes add and EFX loop and don't connect it to the end. THat will come out of OUTPUT 2. The Main amp/cab will come out of OUTPUT 1
If your not using and effects i don't think you need to have the out put set to stereo but i Believe you do need to make sure that Copy out 1 to out 2 is set to OFF
