Didn’t know if there was a better area to post, but this is the closest I could find .
I use SD2 w/metal foundry, ez drummer2, and Steven slate drums

there are tons of presets, or drums tracks written in midi pre programmed and excellent

you can drag and drop 1 measure , or more, and it’s an easy way to make basic drums

I wanted to know if there was any VST (drums for rock and metal) that had an automation function , like every four bars there is a change up, or something adding a fill or whatever ?

BFD2 had an automation function but I no longer have that program and I preferred the three I’m using , and they are harder /heavier.

Anyway I’m open to trying a new vst if it has an automation, at the very least for a jam track or something

I think Getgood Drums had some groove packs available that also included some neat fill-features

Sternberg Grove Agent has that, AI driven complexity/velocity, and you can set how often it plays fills, etc etc...the samples are better than SD3, better than SSD, by better I mean recorded better. None of them need EQ, at all...
