Does anyone know who would make custom guitar straps? I'd like to get a couple with a specific design on them.

Depends on what you want. Maybe try a custom embroidery or silk screening shop. They can often put custom graphic designs on all kinds of things. A Leather-working or Saddle shop could likely make a nice custom leather strap for you as well.
