diy mfc101 labels

having suffered a fairly painful paper cut on my left index putting me out of commission guitar-wise, decided to work on something i have been meaning to for some time now.
- printed switch names on glossy label paper and stuck it onto a magnetic sheet;
- pin marked to guide hole punch;
- punched holes;
- cut to size;
- trimmed corners using corner cutter;
- arranged on mfc101
here are the results:

took about 2.5 hours from start to end.
wished the hole edges were tidier though

Looks great matey, nice and clean!
nothing like yours, bro!
still waiting for your stuff to come online..

How do you punch the holes ?
with a set of hollow punch.
the small holes are 12.5mm while the larger holes are 16mm
see link for the same type of punch i used:
SE 7908LP 9-Piece Hollow Punch - Hand Tool Hole Punches - Amazon.com
the centering pin helped to line up the holes nicely.
but the cuts weren't very clean i have to say, dunno how guys like toadfish do it...

Time, a lot of care (takes me over 2 hours to make a single set, and that's after practising it over and over for the past 3 years!) and machinery.... heavy, expensive, industrial strength machinery :)

Seriously, kudos to you, I think you did a great job. Two thumbs up!
