Wish Disable Tempo LED

I would like an option to disable the tempo (blinking) led. I often use the FM3 on my desktop and it is a bit of a distraction.

Heh ... it is even harder if you're focussing on a metronome/drummer/backing track, and that lil LED is flashing away at just a slightly different speed

I agree tempo LED could be annoying and wish all LED can be dimmed.

I'm currently successfully using these "dimming stickers"... for more dimming just put two or three of them:

They are also useful for dimming overly bright CD/BR player and alarm clock displays.

Tempo and Metronome are not the same thing.

The Metronome uses the Tempo, as do any other parameters in the unit the may be tied to it.

If you don't want to use the Tempo, don't assign it to any parameters. There's no need to "turn off" the tempo.

If you don't want to hear the Metronome in the unit, turn it's level down (default is already off).

I agree that a flashing LED can be distracting. Aluminum foil tape blocks light.
