Dim or turn off the Axe-FX III leds

Is there a way to dim or turn off the AXE-FX III led? The blue and strong shiny AXE-FX III logo is nice, however, I'd like less light to where I'm sitting.

Is there any setting to turn it off?

I did exactly this. Normal, black electrical tape is almost exactly the width of the logo, without covering the "Preamp/Effects Processor" words. Works well, in that you can look at the display in darker settings, without getting blinded by the logo.

Yeah. I would assume that the led can be controlled at hardware and software level. Hence, it should be possible to fix it. Unless it is a "huge led" directly connected to the power on/off switch acting as an on/off led.

That is seriously a bone headed move IMO.
Fractal developers say-
“What’s the worst color led light guys? -BLUE! It’s bad for you and hurts your eyes. -

Okay, let’s make a huge bright blue logo take up half the faceplate and give no options to at least change the color or dim it. That way people have to put duct tape or paint over our logo on our $2000 machine if they don’t want to go blind and get headaches!”

The blue light is not dimmable or adjustable.
