Digitech FX3 and AX8

I mainly use one super patch with my funk / jazz band so needed some additional IAs.. got one of those FX3 cheap on eBay and modded it so I can have another 3 foot-switches. Very handy!

Pretty easy.. 3 carling momentary foot-switches soldered to one of these trrs and one of those audio / video RCA cables (red, white and yellow). Just replaced the plugs with mono 1/4” ones and job done!

How are you using it? I have a Roland FS7. I use one of the switches to toggle between Scene1 and Scene8 for leads.

Right now I’m just using it to toggle a few modulation fxs but will spend more time thinking about the options.. it’s just nice to have all 3 in one package. The remaining one I use for the exp pedal.
