I don't know if anyone will care about this, but a tonematch of my Diezel D-Moll FX loop send.

Amp was on high-gain channel 3, with the mid-cut enabled.

Just kinda does something nice. Add a cab 1 and load this IR, then cab 2 with your regular cabinet IR.

Obviously I know you could do something similar with the passive EQ's and all that jazz.... many ways to skin a cat, etc... etc...
 
Is this an XL patch?

Regular AxeII patch files are 7 KB, while XL's are 13 KB. This file is 11 KB, so I'm a bit confused as to what unit this patch was created with/intended for. :?

So it's a Tone-Match converted into an IR. Kind of unusual not to have the Ton-Match as part of a patch, or at least have some kind of rundown of what amp sim was used for the match and its settings. So the idea is to just use it like it's an ordinary IR with whatever amp sim we want and it adds a nice bit of D-Moll flavor to the tone? I'll throw it into a few of my high gain patches and see how I like it. :)
