Wish Delay block EQ modifiers

Wish for ability to add modifiers on Freq and Gain for Delay block EQ Bands.

With the attached delay block fully boost the gain of Band 2. Cool fun but needs to be controllable.

I don't know of another way to get this effect. Tried various filter/eq blocks before/after delay block, parallel or series.
