Default Midi Configuration (#CCs on AxeFX)

Guys,

Does the Axe have a default assignment of #CCs or does one need to assign the #CCs individually for each effect (I know you can assign any CC to any effect, I just want to know if it comes pre-loaded with some kind of standard configuration)

(I'll give an example of what i mean, because the above doen't seem to make much sense.
When I first turn it on, will there be CC's assigned for delay, pitch shift , chorus etc etc)

If so, is there a list available with these default mappings?

Pfft, I hope my question is clear...

At some point the firmware began including a default CC set. They don't overwrite existing settings during the update but can be recalled (among other things) by running the "reset system parameters" command afterward. I assume new units since then ship with those assignments. List for Ultra originally provided by srooijens here: viewtopic.php?p=142187#p142187 I'm not sure if the standard Axe-FX defaults differ or if it's just these with the CCs/blocks it doesn't have omitted.

I'd strongly recommend you avoid CC number 32, even though the AxeFX lets you use it. This is a MIDI standard for Bank LSB, so if you ever connect any other MIDI gear, patch changes will be unpredicatable. Use any of the other 126 available CC numbers. The AxeFX uses CC number 0 for Bank MSB (responds to banks 0, 1 and 2), so it prevents you using CC0 as a controller.
