Hey guys. I'm trying to create a custom IR .WAV 'cab simulation' to export to my Axe-FX Ultra. I'm creating my tones in my DAW (Presonus Studio One), applying a chain of VST effects, then exporting as a wav file so I can then upload it to my Axe-FX.
I've seen a lot of tutorials on using a program called 'Voxengo Deconvolver', but I'm using a Mac. I've had no luck with Apple's Impulse Response Utility. What steps should I take? This is slightly a different approach because I'm creating my custom 'cab' in a DAW, and not an actual speaker.
How can I export my custom tone made in my DAW, export as a WAV file, then import into my Axe-Fx?
Any help would be great.
