Yes, I made it with Cakewalk. I copied the original song over one track, and used it as a base to add the midi tracks with strings and the acoustic guitar.

I attach the original Cakewalk bundle file (.cwb) containing all the tracks, so you can mess with it. (Cakewalk BandLab is now free)
