Crazy question about cab sims.

Can the ultra send say ch1 out to my amp and cab with cab sims off. And ch2 to FOH with cab sim on. So I can have my cab sound onstage and a good sound out front. Without miking

Before the cab block, tap off the signal to an FX loop block. That will send your no-cab signal to Output 2, which you can connect to your actual power amp and cab. Send Output 1 to FOH.

What about fx after the cab block

If those effects are all linear (in other words, if none of them has any distortion), it doesn't matter where the cab block is ; you can put it at the end of the chain. If some of them are nonlinear, you'll have to keep them after the cab, and duplicate them in the chain that feeds Output 2.
