Fractal Fanatic
Remember this is a wish...
if somehow possible from the great minds at Fractal,
That unused channels in a block could be shut off or disabled / therefore decreasing the CPU usage,
allowing that CPU to be used for other things.

A channel is like a mini-preset. It's just a snapshot of settings that can be loaded into the block. Channels use some memory to hold the settings to be loaded when selected, but a channel doesn't use any cpu. It's the block into which the channel settings are loaded that uses the cpu.

I WISH this unit had more CPU. Not to run multiple amps, just to have a pitch block and reverb block in the same preset would be nice. With pitch, comp, drive, gate, amp, cab, eq, delay, reverb I am pushing 85% CPU. That's not a crazy complex preset and I am NOT a hater. I love Fractal and the FM3. I just wish this thing had more CPU than my AX8. I am now looking at getting an external Reverb pedal to save 30% CPU and I am not thrilled about it.
