Corrupted preset... how to clear ?

Hi, I have a bad preset #339 on AxeFX2 Mk I, whenever I pass on this preset, the AxeFX freezes.

What can I do if I want to clear it up ?

I do not want to loose all my existing presets, can I just clear this bad preset ?

When it freezes, power off and wait 5 seconds. Hold recall and power on.

Ok but that do not clear the #339 preset !

Cant you overwrite it using AxeEdit Tools->Axe Manage Presets - and delete it by using RH mouse button?

It won't... I backed up all my presets using Preset Manager and used UTILITY to restore Factory Presets Bank C... That do the trick...

And restore my backupon Bank C... except preset 339

Ok but that do not clear the #339 preset !

If you hold down recall while powering up it should load a blank preset. Save it while blank to overwrite the corrupt preset.

I understand, but when I was rebooting the Axe, it was not on the corrupted preset... It was one above or one below the corrupted preset. I was not able to crash the Axe ON the preset.

After rebooting the Axe, save the blank preset to the bad location. After you hit store, change the location number to that of the corrupted preset, then hit enter twice to overwrite it.
