The same occurs with Suhr Riot, OCD drive, etc. The same would be usefull with amps.

Agree.

Likely this is done as 3 separate models due to the amount of code needed to jam it into one with a tri-state switch being more complicated and/or CPU intensive. Maybe when the IV someday arrives, there will be room for collapsing things modeled as several models into one model with extra switch(es), like these (and the MK series Boogies). I guess we'll find out someday....

They (Fractal) did this organization with Dyna-cabs. Hope to see this with Amps too (Helix does have it).

While it seems like a good idea, it would likely create a rather large increase in CPU usage as the 2 or 3 different circuits for each position would need to be loaded into each channel.

Very different situations.

And the underlying resource issue is important because of how the system works. Maybe a future firmware with different hardware would have the capability but I’d not expect it in the current generation.
