Controlling DAW Transport Controls Via Foot Switches?

I Use Cs1-6 Midi to kick out from an FC-12 layout , CME U6 MIDI Pro - MIDI DIN to USB, then for my DAW. StudioOne created a Suface Contoler by using the learn to catch the CC , then mapped a Macro to the button in the DAW.
I run a big show-song with backing tracks and use the Macros to START/Next/Prev/Pause/Start (navigate the arranger sections) then add some midi automation lanes in the DAW to PC Program Preset change and scene change with amp channel and fx bypasses. so the computer drives all my stomps and presets , and the FC12 is the show controller.

it seems as a complex setup
 
I just buy a dual momentary footswitch that i pluged in the fc-12. I want it to control the transport in cubase 14. I have pluged the midi out of the axe fx 3 into midi in of Motu M2.
Where to start?
How can i configure this in axe-edit 3?

it works well with Midi remote mapping assistant in cubase 14
