Wish Control switches turned off on preset change (global setting)

the only way to have control switches turn off at the moment, is in FC Setup > CS per scene > set to off for scene 1

this is on a per patch basis, so i'm wondering if we could have a global setting (like on the MFC) that lets you turn them off on preset change (and the side benefit is you wouldn't have to worry about which scene you were landing on and what happens when you go back to scene 1)

+1 and while it doesn't seem like you are a scene guy, I would love to see more flexibility in these so they operated more like blocks as well.

Is this done ?
Otherwise it would be great to be able turn OFF all CS at one spot .
When only having it at DAW without FC , a loaded preset with locked CS settings is annoying.
