Contact Support Form not Working

Hey,

Got my III a couple weeks ago. Update to 5.03 from 5.02 failed and it won't boot up now. Trying to Start a conversation with support but the form never loads. The CAPTCHA in the image I attached just keeps reloading every time I click Send.

Is there an email address I can use instead?

Follow the recovery instructions in the Owners Manual.

The recovery instructions aren't working. I've tried re-installing 5.02 from the Emergency Recovery like 6 or 7 times now. I need to talk with Support.

Try a different browser -- I suspect you have ad blockers or popup blockers running in your browser.

Same exact issue here. I've tried everything in the recovery section of the manual and have tried going back to 5.02.

Email support@fractalaudio.com. They gave me a new version of the emergency bootloader and got me up and running again. All my presets still existed as well.

Looking in to this, I found what may have been an issue and made some changes which should prevent future problems,.
