If I want to use Echoplex between amp and guitar, the setting can be same as the one in your preset?
Or do you suggest something different?

I seem to remember using the delay block in parallel with the dry in the preset. If you want to use it before the amp, I'd recommend using it in series and using the mix parameter instead. Delay time and feedback to taste.
