I use a III at home (frfr) and used to use a II at rehearsal/live dirctly into a Mesa 2:90 poweramp and in parallel with CAB sim on to FOH.
I decided to replace the II by another III to be consistent and to able to use the frfr sounds wich I was tweaking at home on the 2nd device just by copying them.
Since I love my actuall II -> 2:90 main sound, I need to copy the preset/sound as close as possible to the III.
I can use fracpad to just copy the presets/parameters from II to III ,but how close will this be? Any suggestions how to get the III as close as possibe to my beloved Herbie sound of the II? Will just copying the parameters of the II (Quantum 9) to the III bring me at least close to my to-go sound of the II, or must I expect having 99% re-tweaking all?
