All the small metal rings around the LED lights on my MFC 101 Mark II have gone really rusty can anyone suggest a method or product to clean the rust off please?

Are they removable? If so, soak them in white vinegar. If not, try wiping them in place with a Q-Tip soaked in white vinegar.

A commercial product that works really well, is CLR (Calcium, Lime, Rust) Remover. Again, if they're removable, soak them, if not, use a Q-Tip.
