Class D amps

So have you been able to teste it out vs other stuff?

Not really, the only other poweramps I have at the moment are my Fryette 2/50/2 and the power amp of my Dual Recto.

However I did notice that when I play into the 2/50/2 or when I play my recto, it sounded a bit more hifi, more highs and lows, so I think this poweramp board may roll off top and bottom end. I bumped up lows in the amps graphic eq, and added a high shelf of like 3db after the amp model at like 5k, and this cleared it up, and made it sound about right.

Just something to keep in mind for people who buy them, I guess without tracing the circuit or asking the seller, you may not know if there is a high and low pass attached to the circuit.

I was looking into doing the same. The issue with a Class D is the filtering that has to be applied to push the PWM out of the audio band.
The required filter sections are hard to get in small packages.
